Build a client-branded executive QBR for any Key Account or RPO program. Pick your data source, choose what the report covers, preview the numbers, render. Every metric card explains itself — hover any ⓘ for the plain-English meaning and the formula behind it.
1 Data Source ?Pick ONE path. Salesforce: paste your gateway URL and hit Load — the tool aggregates the raw data itself. CSV: drag exports straight from Salesforce, no cleanup needed. The placement report is required; the positions report is optional but unlocks fill %, still-open counts, and shift-gap views.
Salesforce direct is the smart path — the tool aggregates the raw data itself. CSV upload works identically for ad-hoc builds.
Open positions / req report — drop here (optional)Unlocks fill %, still-open counts, and shift coverage. Columns: Position, Department, Shift, Status/Openings.

Gold = required · gray = optional, each unlocks extra dashboard sections automatically. I'll report exactly what I found.
2 Client & Branding ?Client name auto-fills from your data (multi-site accounts roll up automatically). Website pull grabs the logo from the web; uploading a file is better quality and works with no internet in the boardroom. The 3 accent colors recolor every chart and card.
3 Report Periods ?Type it however you want — Q1, quarter 2, 2026 YTD — I standardize the label AND auto-fill the date range for you. Set dates first instead and I write the label. Compare periods become clickable toggles on the finished report with automatic change-vs-primary callouts.
One click sets everything — each period becomes a clickable toggle on the finished dashboard with automatic change-vs-primary callouts. Fine-tune the dates below only if you need to.
4 Report Sections select ≥1 core subject & ≥3 sub-topics?Check what THIS client’s story needs — minimum 1 core subject and 3 sub-topics; everything else stays off the report. Checking a core auto-selects its default sub-topics. Custom subjects get their own tab with your typed content.
Custom subjects (up to 3) — name it, then type the content (or paste data) and note where it should come from.
5 Optional Features ?Each one is a weapon, not a widget: talking points = presenter notes written from the data (press T on the report). Targets = green/red vs-commitment badges. Growth tab = the expansion ask, auto-built. Recap email = same-day follow-up drafted for you.
Auto-writes presenter notes per tab from the computed data. Press T on the finished report to toggle the panel.
Enter contract commitments — KPI cards get green/red vs-target badges.
Auto-builds the expansion conversation: service lines this account doesn't use yet, plus your strategy topics.

One click on the finished report drafts the same-day follow-up email from the data.
Sanity Check — review before the boardroom sees it
Computed from your data. If a number looks wrong here, fix the data now — not live in the QBR.
